Corporate Massage & Workplace Wellbeing in Halifax

• Full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to each session and is non-refundable without 3 days notice prior to booking.

• Options are fully customisable at the recipients request and circumstances/ location, eg longer sessions if necessary to accommodate number of employees taking part .

​

• Taster sessions may be available to try the service, please contact us for further information.

​

• Corporate massage does not have to be just in offices, it is suitable for most work places provided there is adequate accommodation for Renova Therapy to set up. If you are unsure then please feel feel to contact Renova Therapy for guidance.

​

• Services are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays,  Fridays and Saturdays. 

​

• Any sessions exceeding 4 hours will include a 15 minute refreshment or personal break for your therapist approximately half way through. 

​​

• Full day sessions will include a 30 minute lunch break for your therapist.​

​​

• For termination of services or cancellations, Renova Therapy requires notice of at least 3 days, any notification given after this time frame will result in payment being non refundable.

• Only sessions not yet carried out are refundable with the required notice.

​​

• If Renova Therapy cancels any services the customer will be refunded for the time lost eg, if you have booked a session and your therapist cannot attend, the cost of that session will be refunded to you however, every effort will be made to ensure your session is not cancelled and Renova Therapy will endeavour to inform you with as much notice as possible. Please note however that if there are any unforeseen circumstances that cause short notice cancellations (such as child sickness or extreme weather conditions) it may not be possible to give as much notice as I would like but you will be informed regardless and will be updated on when services are expected to re-commence.

• For locations further afield please be mindful that if there are considerable traffic problems, your therapist may be late but every effort will be made to inform you of any delays.

• There are no charges for travel to local companies within Halifax, however any travel further afield is chargeable to cover cost of fuel and travel time, however if the travel time exceeds what it expected, due to traffic or unforeseen incidents, the client will not be charged for any additional time as a result.

• Each employee wishing to participate in the service must fill in a health questionnaire provided by Renova Therapy to ensure they are fit and well for the treatment and to inform of any required adjustments. Renova Therapy will email these across and ask that these are completed and returned prior to treatment commencement.​

• Renova Therapy cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of non disclosure of medical conditions.

​​

• Renova Therapy is fully certified and insured to carry out treatments and such credentials are available to view at the customers request.
