Between 2021 and 2022 the UK experienced 30.8 million sickness days taken related to workplace related illness with stress, anxiety and depression playing the largest role.

Many employers, such as yourself, have looked at ways to reduce this number and many have provided corporate massage for their employees as a fantastic and proven solution.

Corporate or 'seated' massage involves massaging of the back, neck, shoulders, scalp and arms and is delivered at your work place. The massage can be provided at the employees desks or set up in a room with equipment provided by Renova Therapy therefore, there is no need to travel anywhere or do anything! The wellness comes to you! The massage does not require anyone to undress unless you require a service in which you would prefer a full back massage (please see 'packages' below for more information).

Corporate massage is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, increase staff morale, promote the mental and physical wellbeing of the work force, and reduce loss of time and the subsequent expenses incurred from sickness leave (that's a win win for everyone!). My name is Emma and I am a self employed massage therapist with a long history of experience and 5 star reviews. As I am a solo therapist, this cuts out the need for using agencies who send different staff out to your business and charge higher rates to cover both their agency staff and themselves, therefore you can make considerable savings and have the consistency of the same therapist.

Options and prices

At Renova Therapy we offer both seated, clothed massage and full back massage.

Seated massage is 15-20 minutes per person depending on the time booked and how many people are to be allocated.

Full back (unclothed in a private room) is 25 minutes per person.

Both options are priced at a time rate of- £30 for 30 minutes, £40 for 45 minutes and £50 for 1 hour.

Depending on your location there may be an additional charge for travel and fuel expenses, please contact Renova Therapy for a quote.

Terms and conditions

Full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to each session and is non-refundable without 3 days notice prior to booking.

Options are fully customisable at the recipients request and circumstances/ location, eg longer sessions if necessary to accommodate number of employees taking part .

Taster sessions may be available to try the service, please contact us for further information.

Corporate massage does not have to be just in offices, it is suitable for most work places provided there is adequate accommodation for Renova Therapy to set up. If you are unsure then please feel feel to contact Renova Therapy for guidance.

Services are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Any sessions exceeding 4 hours will include a 15 minute refreshment or personal break for your therapist approximately half way through.

Full day sessions will include a 30 minute lunch break for your therapist.

For termination of services or cancellations, Renova Therapy requires notice of at least 3 days, any notification given after this time frame will result in payment being non refundable.

Only sessions not yet carried out are refundable with the required notice.

If Renova Therapy cancels any services the customer will be refunded for the time lost eg, if you have booked a session and your therapist cannot attend, the cost of that session will be refunded to you however, every effort will be made to ensure your session is not cancelled and Renova Therapy will endeavour to inform you with as much notice as possible. Please note however that if there are any unforeseen circumstances that cause short notice cancellations (such as child sickness or extreme weather conditions) it may not be possible to give as much notice as I would like but you will be informed regardless and will be updated on when services are expected to re-commence.

For locations further afield please be mindful that if there are considerable traffic problems, your therapist may be late but every effort will be made to inform you of any delays.

There are no charges for travel to local companies within Halifax, however any travel further afield is chargeable to cover cost of fuel and travel time, however if the travel time exceeds what it expected, due to traffic or unforeseen incidents, the client will not be charged for any additional time as a result.

Each employee wishing to participate in the service must fill in a health questionnaire provided by Renova Therapy to ensure they are fit and well for the treatment and to inform of any required adjustments. Renova Therapy will email these across and ask that these are completed and returned prior to treatment commencement.

Renova Therapy cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of non disclosure of medical conditions.

Renova Therapy is fully certified and insured to carry out treatments and such credentials are available to view at the customers request.
